Personal Information Protection Policy

We recognize the importance of personal information and declare that we will implement the following measures.

We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information, establish internal rules for the management of personal information, and ensure that all of our employees (including directors, general employees, part-timers, temporary workers, etc.) and other related parties are fully aware of these rules in order to implement, maintain, and continually improve them.

When acquiring personal information, the Company shall publicly announce or individually notify the purpose of use of such information and acquire personal information to the extent necessary for the purpose of use.

The Company will assign an information manager to each department that handles personal information, keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and take measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information.

We will use personal information within the scope of the purpose of use announced or notified at the time of acquisition, manage it in an appropriate manner, and will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the person concerned, except in the following cases

・When we have the consent of the person concerned.
・When we outsource a part of our business that handles personal information to a third party in order to carry out our business.
・When we present necessary information to a financial institution for payment procedures.
・When there are special circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.

When we share personal information with a third party or entrust personal information to a third party for the purpose of outsourcing our business, we will investigate the third party, conclude a necessary contract, and take other measures required by law.

We will confirm that the person to whom personal information pertains has the right to disclose, correct, discontinue use of, or delete his/her own personal information, and if the person to whom personal information pertains makes such a request, we will promptly respond to the request without objection, unless otherwise required by law or other special circumstances.

We will strictly manage the personal information entrusted to us by the consignee and use it within the scope of the contract with the consignee.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We will use your personal information to provide you with information about our products and services and related information (catalogs, technical materials, exhibition invitations, direct mail, etc.), to request questionnaires regarding product and service improvements, to perform billing-related tasks, and to process various statistics. In cases where the Company’s divisions individually notify or publicly announce limited purposes of use to customers, the Company will follow those purposes of use.
